For every 7 days out you get 1 day of paid home time. You can also “bank” or stack some earned home time. We do not have a cap on how many days you can bank or when you can use them! Sure. It all depends on the miles you make per month. 12.000-15.000 miles per month – 500$ every month = yearly 6000$ Over 15.000 miles per month – 1750$ every month = yearly 21000$ And we have Inspections Bonuses up to 1000$.
CPM rate for our company drivers is between 0.65 and 0.85 cents per mile, and it is based on experience, driving record, and being on the road.
All our equipment for company drivers is 2022 year or newer and maintained regularly. You will get a truck depending on availability, and anyway, it will be great!

Every owner-operator’s equipment needs to be inspected by an authorized dot inspection before it hit the road. So, you may be able to use an older truck if it passes inspection.
